At the start of training on September 1, 2023, the time had come again: The team of Regionalverkehr Westsachsen GmbH (RVW) has grown by nine new trainees.
Seven of them will strengthen the teams at the main location in Zwickau and the branch in Limbach-Oberfrohna as future bus drivers. Two further trainees are now working as automotive mechatronics technicians in the workshop at the Zwickau site.
This year, too, their first day at work began in a relaxed manner. After a round of getting to know each other with all the instructors, a bus took them to Bürgerschachtstraße in Zwickau, where the bus depot and the workshop are located. Here, the trainees were shown all the important points of contact and a number of things were explained.
In the coming training years, the master craftsmen and trainers of RVW will ensure that the young adults become experienced specialists. With the addition of the nine new entrants, there are currently 22 apprentices in the ranks of RVW.
