Twelve of Transdev Australia’s female leaders have started a Female Leadership Program through the Athena Leadership Academy.
The program is aimed at developing female talent – their influence and leadership impact. This six-month initiative is dedicated to supporting female leaders in achieving their professional goals, by providing mentorship, training, and networking opportunities.
The opening session marked the beginning of a journey fostering an inclusive workplace where Transdev Australia female Journey Makers can thrive and drive meaningful change in the organization.
