Download the press releaseFor instance, Transdev will ensure paratransit services for approximately 11,000 certified riders, as per the
American with Disabilities Act (ADA*), across the DART service area, encompassing 13 member cities and the
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Transdev will also operate GoLink, North America’s largest
microtransit on-demand operation, covering 34 zones throughout the service area. In 2023, GoLink recorded a ridership of 886,000 passengers.
*ADA stands for Americans with Disabilities Act. It is a comprehensive civil rights law enacted in 1990 that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public.
This new contract won in Texas testifies of our commitment to local authorities of bringing people and communities closer together. This new contract complements a raft of renewals in public transportation across the country, of which Las Vegas, Nassau County and Foothill Transit are the most notable.

enhancing customer experience.
