Reorganisation of Management Positions in Transdev Group

Antoine Colas, head of the Steering Department at Caisse des Dépôts Group, has been appointed General Secretary of Transdev Group. Clément de Villepin, head of human resources in the International Division at SUEZ, will become head of human resources. They will both be members of the executive committee.

Yann Leriche, currently head of the Performance Division and a member of the executive committee, will take over the Group’s B2C business line.

Antoine Colas, previously head of the Steering Department at Caisse des Dépôts Group, has been appointed General Secretary of Transdev Group.

He began his career in 2000 in the legal division at BNP Paribas Asset Management, going on to work in BNP Paribas Group’s legal department in the corporate and investment banking section. In 2006 he joined the Financial Markets Authority as an inspector in the Market Investigations and Monitoring Department, and then as a task officer, going on to be appointed head of the Information and Financial Operations Regulation section in the Regulation and International Affairs Department.

Colas joined Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in 2012, first as an advisor to the office of the CEO Jean-Pierre Jouyet, and then as head of the group’s Steering Department, reporting to the head of the shareholding strategy section in the Finance Department.

He holds a post-graduate degree in business and tax law from Université Panthéon-Assas, a certificate of professional competence for the legal profession and a degree from Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris.

Clément de Villepin, previously head of human resources in the International Division at SUEZ, has been appointed head of human resources at Transdev Group.

Clément de Villepin was also head of human resources at Degremont, a SUEZ Environnement subsidiary, between 2008 and 2013. Before joining SUEZ, he spent six years working for Kronenbourg Group as head of the Industrial Human Resources department, head of competitiveness projects and, finally, as head of human resources for marketing and distribution sales. Clément de Villepin began his career at Valeo Thermique Moteur, then worked for two years at Pertuy Construction, a Bouygues Group subsidiary. De Villepin has a post-graduate degree in human resources management from Paris Dauphine University.

Yann Leriche, currently head of the Performance Department, will take over the cross-disciplinary B2C business line.

The goal of the business line is to coordinate all of Transdev Group’s sales activities to outline a strategy for the area and optimise the tools used. Yann Leriche will also be directly responsible for activities on request for the US and the UK.
