Antoine Colas, previously head of the Steering Department at Caisse des Dépôts Group, has been appointed General Secretary of Transdev Group.
He began his career in 2000 in the legal division at BNP Paribas Asset Management, going on to work in BNP Paribas Group’s legal department in the corporate and investment banking section. In 2006 he joined the Financial Markets Authority as an inspector in the Market Investigations and Monitoring Department, and then as a task officer, going on to be appointed head of the Information and Financial Operations Regulation section in the Regulation and International Affairs Department.
Colas joined Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in 2012, first as an advisor to the office of the CEO Jean-Pierre Jouyet, and then as head of the group’s Steering Department, reporting to the head of the shareholding strategy section in the Finance Department.
He holds a post-graduate degree in business and tax law from Université Panthéon-Assas, a certificate of professional competence for the legal profession and a degree from Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris.
Clément de Villepin, previously head of human resources in the International Division at SUEZ, has been appointed head of human resources at Transdev Group.
Yann Leriche, currently head of the Performance Department, will take over the cross-disciplinary B2C business line.
