Transdev Canada renews its Great Place to Work® certification for 2024-2025. A reflection of the shared commitment between Transdev Canada and its employees to create a positive, inclusive work environment focused on the well-being of everyone.

Today, Transdev Canada is proud to announce that it has once again earned the prestigious “Great Place to Work” certification. This international distinction recognizes companies from all sectors that cultivate an outstanding workplace culture, emphasizing the value of an inclusive environment that encourages the exchange of quality ideas from its workforce. This marks the second time Transdev Canada has received this recognition, with the first honor awarded in 2021.

The trust and engagement model for the “Great Place to Work®” certification is built on three key relationships:

The certification process involves anonymous employee surveys and a thorough evaluation of the organizational culture. This evaluation is grounded in five core principles: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. As a result, the survey findings are directly shaped by employees’ perceptions of their workplace.

This recognition highlights our team’s collective commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for everyone.
