In 2013, the first step in the Group’s reorganization included introduction of a new organization in France, with the elimination of a structural level and the creation of six regional centers, closer to operations and customers.
In 2014, a new headquarters organization will be implemented with the sharing of functions between the headquarters and the France department, providing better cost control and improved efficiency and clarity.
As part of this move, a Performance department is being created, with the authority necessary to accelerate restoration of commercial and operational performance.
The new organization will increase cross-company cooperation and efficiency and increased access to expertise for field teams.
