This month, shared autonomous transport gives you rendezvous in Catalonia!

From September 7th to October 28th, the event “ERICA Gira Catalana” – ERICA for Electric, Revolutionary, Intelligent, Comfortable, Amicable – organized by the AMTU (Municipal Association for Urban Mobility) of Catalonia, which will allow Catalans to discover the innovative mobility of tomorrow.

For the “ERICA Gira Catalana” roadshow, Transdev operates an EasyMile EZ 10 GEN2 vehicle with a capacity of 12 people.

The inauguration took place on Friday, September 7th in Sant Cugat in the presence of Mr. Jordi Xena, President of AMTU and Mr. Damià Calvet, Minister of Territory and Sustainable Development of Catalonia.

During these two months, 7 cities of Catalonia will be crossed; the autonomous transport service will be present between 2 and 4 days in each city. The locals and tourists will be able to borrow the service from 8PM to 2PM and from 4PM to 8PM.

In September, the “ERICA Gira Catalana” will stop in the cities of Sant Cugat del Vallès, Terrassa, Sabadell, Girona, and in October in the cities of Vic, El Vendrell and Reus.

This is a great first for Transdev to present its autonomous mobility know-how in Spain!
