Once the app is installed on a smartphone, it warns all user if they have been in close contact with a COVID-19-positive person for a longer period of time. The app thus helps to interrupt chains of infection as quickly as possible.
We as Transdev in Germany also want to make our contribution to contain the COVID-19 pandemic and are therefore making it possible for all employees to install the app on their work mobiles voluntarily. The installation and use of the Corona-Warn-App is voluntary and in accordance with data protection regulations. No movement profiles are created. It is also helpful for us as an employer if risks are recognized early on.
