Bus commuters will benefit from more than 200 additional weekly services in Sydney.

Wendy Lindsay, State MP for East Hills said the new services are being delivered through the New South Wales Government’s Growth Services Program, an initiative to deliver extra services when and where they are needed.

More than 100 additional weekly services are being created on route 926 from Revesby Heights to Bankstown. This will mean extra services on weekdays during the afternoon peaks and into the evening, as well as new services on Sundays.

Customers on route 924 from East Hills to Bankstown via Panania will benefit from more than 80 additional weekly services. This will see all Sunday services extended to service East Hills, as well as extra services in the evening.

We’re also creating 70 new weekly services on route 923 from Panania to Bankstown. All buses on this route will now travel to Panania on Sundays, and there will be later services during evenings.
