Transdev Service GmbH (part of Transdev Germany) has recently won a tender for providing customer service for passengers in the Munich public transit system (MVV) from 1 August 2021 for an initial period of two years. This was announced by the responsible public transport authority, Stadtwerke München, after it was clear that Transdev had beaten out all the other competitors.
The new contract is for providing customer service in the areas of service telephony, switchboard, correspondence and options for other areas such as season ticket management. About 10,000 calls per month are expected for the fixed services. At least eight colleagues from Transdev Service GmbH will take care of the Munich customers.

From the Transdev Customer Service Center in Neubrandenburg, the Customer Service Team currently looks after 20 companies and manages telephone information, the administration of ticket subscriptions or compliance with statutory passenger rights.
