The results of a satisfaction survey carried out recently at Aveirobus (Aveiro’s intermodal network, operated by Transdev Portugal), reveal that our employees provide a great service to the community. With a rating of 8.63/10, our teams are recognized for their professionalism.
When questioned, passengers indicated that drivers are always willing to help and practice very safe driving. They also said that at ticket offices they receive the information they need promptly and diligently. This note of appreciation motivates us to do even better!
