Thales shareholders will vote at their May 14, 2014 general assembly meeting on a public sector nomination of Laurence Broseta to join the Thales Board of Directors.

The appointment would be to replace Didier Lombard, whose term is expiring. Thales sought a director with expertise in new rail infrastructure and the nomination affirms industry recognition of Transdev’ position as a player in France’s railway reform.
