In March 2024, the 23 participants of the Trans'lead Topex program met in Stockholm for an inspiring and insightful week.
On the first day, the Topex members discovered Transdev Sweden’s facilities and met the local teams.
With the academic support of HEC Paris professors, the participants questioned fundamental topics such as client-centricity, negotiation and change management. For example, they were asked to reflect upon the following questions:
- How to map and analyze the needs and wants of various stakeholders to ultimately shape buying behaviour?
- How to craft compelling content and stories to convince stakeholders?
- How to use digitalization in a client-centric strategy to increase the overall user experience?
- How to navigate and succeed in complex, multi-party negotiations?
- How to challenge some of the underlying assumptions about change?
These questions were addressed via various workshops, mini-cases, and a business simulation to maximize the interactions among participants.
