On the launch pad is a Transdev program, dedicated to group’s early talents identified for their commitment and potential. On The Launch Pad proposes solutions over 18 months, to Discover and Experiment the diversity of the Group, and to Inspire participants’ journey@transdev.
Early December, the final LX (Learning Expedition) of “On The Launch Pad” was held, allowing participants to deep dive into the “Data & Digital” topic. In line with the topic covered, the complete LX was held on-line, which enabled an amazing range of contributions by senior managers from all over the world (France, Canada, Australia, Sweden…). Multiple points of view… strategic views associated with operational return of experiences… few days of dense sharing to provide a real innovative experience.
The LX ended with private sessions hosted by Antoine Colas (Transdev General Secretary) and Clement de Villepin (Transdev Chief HR Officer) on business and strategic group orientations.
