From 25th to 27th June 2024, the 12th edition of IN'PULSE program welcomed 26 Transdev managers from 10 countries.
During these three days, the participants worked on the pillars of the Group’s strategy, shared their best practices, and expanded their Transdev network and knowledge of the Group’s activities.
29 internal speakers shared their expertise and challenges in their areas of activity: Human Resources, Health & Safety, Strategy, CSR, Employer Brand, Business Development, the whole Transdev Value Chain, Data, Moving Green and some of our priority programs.
Participants took part in collaborative workshops and business games to have a better understanding of the challenges Transdev is facing.
On the third day, a workshop on the Group’s 2035 strategy allowed participants to present their innovative ideas and share them with members of the Executive Committee and the Topex Group: Caroline Gonin (Group Human Resources and CSR Director), Pierre Jaffard (Group Operations & Technical Director) and Philippe Levrat (Group Risk, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Control and Insurance Director).
