A Mobility Change Maker is someone who strives to put people first, and consistently goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. Meet Mobility Change Maker Jim Valenziano, who provides exceptional service every day to his passengers.
Currently a Bus Operator at Phoenix Transit, Jim has served in several different roles throughout his 25 years working at Transdev. Having previously worked as a safety trainer, Jim is deeply invested in providing the safest and best possible experience to his riders.
Jim supports his fellow operators by offering to share his knowledge and continues to mentor many.
Jim is a model driver. In fact, he was my trainer when I started as an operator. From his dedication to safety, to his unique understanding of the passenger’s needs, he exhibits all of the traits of what a Transdev operator should be.
