Transdev’s subsidiary Redvan in Chile that provides employee and business transportation services to several companies in Santiago de Chile recently achieved ISO 9001 certification.

By obtaining this certification, Redvan demonstrates its ability to anticipate the needs of its customers, optimize its processes and evaluate risks and opportunities. This standard, focused on the implementation of a Quality Management System, provides global visibility of processes and controls.

In addition, Redvan signed a technical collaboration protocol with the Institute for Safety at Work (IST) to opt for accreditation to ISO 450001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management Systems.

These protocols consolidate Redvan’s commitment to allocate resources, appoint a management team and comply with the deadlines established for the fulfilment of the Environmental Management Project. For its part, IST is committed to guide and support the implementation of the project through consultancy, training and audits in the different stages that comprise it.

This Environmental Management Project will allow Redvan to obtain the ISO triple certification, increasing its competitiveness and efficiency to deliver a better service day by day, an adequate quality management, environmental protection and safeguard the health and safety of its employees.
