A year after launching the plan, Transdev Australia has increased female participation in key roles, improved leadership pathways for women, and introduced new policies and training to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment. Notable achievements include the reduction of the gender pay gap, the creation of support networks like Women on the Move, and the initiation of industry partnerships to further gender equality.
