When autonomous transport meets the Lisbon MOBI SUMMIT

Transdev has been present in Portugal for many years (1st contract in 1998) with a greater presence in the northern and central regions of the country.

 

Transdev Portugal participates in the MOBI Mobility Congress taking place in Lisbon from 13 to 16 September, presenting the transport activities carried out in Portugal.

On this occasion a demonstration of autonomous mobility is set up to allow visitors to join the Congress entrance.

Autonomous transport service with a shuttle will be available on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September. 

The shuttle will be visible in static mode on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 September.

This experiment of shared autonomous transport is realized with the Autonom Shuttle model made by the manufacturer Navya, with a capacity of 15 people.

The shared autonomous mobility adapts to all the travels as well in complement of a transport network or, as in this case, within the framework of an event to facilitate the arrival of the visitors.
