The first Learning Expedition on “Digital and Data” of On The Launch Pad #2 has taken place between June 21st and June, 25th.
Stéphane DEUX, our Group Digital, Data and IT Director, introduced this first Learning Expedition with the presentation of the “Digital Transformation Strategy”. Over five days, participants discovered this crucial topic from a strategic and operational perspective.
The content was really rich and allowed participants to understand the topic from different points of view thanks to some representatives of the company’s different services: our digital strategy, our data community, data science, data and predictive maintenance, HRIS stakes, data and customer experience, data in business, ransomware attacks.
It was also the opportunity for participants to attend the firts step meeting of the Diversity & Inclusion Challenge with Béatrice JUNG, our Group CSR Director and Challenge’s sponsor. Each participant has presented his/her individual work and get more information on the next deliverables to be produced in sub-groups.
The participants were very satisfied with this first Learning Expedition! The next Learning Expedition will occur in March 2022 on “Business” topic. In the meantime, participants will continue their digital learning path and begin the Shape Your Way program, which will support them in their career action plan building.
