In her new role on Transdev’s Executive Committee and in line with the Group’s action, her priorities will include:
- pursuing social dialogue at all levels;
- managing and developing skills, and attracting the best talent within a highly international group undergoing a major transformation, in order to better meet the needs of our customers and the territories we serve,
- accelerating the implementation of our diversity policy.
Caroline, who also brings a very solid industrial experience acquired in the automotive and energy sectors, both in France and internationally, is seasoned in the challenges of transformation and change management in complex environments.

Caroline started her career in France in 1995 at Areva as Industrial Relations Manager at the La Hague site. She then held several positions as HR Manager of business units, before becoming Director of Areva University in 2009. In 2012, based in New Delhi (India), she became Director of Alstom University. In 2015, she joined the Renault-Nissan Alliance, in France, and became Director of Learning and Development, in close relation with Japan. At the beginning of 2017, she joined Valeo as HR Director of the Transmission Systems product group and was promoted to VP Human Resources of Valeo Thermal Systems in March 2019.
Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Labor Law from the University of Paris II Assas.
