On this World Day for Safety and Health at Work — whether from the field, at home, or at the office — our work to provide people with the freedom to move by serving the common good continues, and all our employees remain committed to Transdev’s health and safety practices every day.

Over this past year, we have adapted to the changing environment very quickly, and our services worldwide will continue to be usable, safe and accessible without interruption. This commitment lies at the very heart of the trust our clients, passengers and employees place in us.

“Safety First” is our Group’s absolute priority and the foundation on which we drive a positive and proactive health, wellbeing and safety culture. We strive for excellence in health and safety performance with a strong focus on safe driving throughout our Group. We are focused on the development and deployment of our Group’s Health and Safety Policy, reinforced by the Group Safety Department. We are strengthening our governance and compliance in this area too.

Today, and every day, ‘‘Safety First’’ is also an expression of our Group’s fundamental belief that health and safety supersedes all other issues we tackle each day. Our continuous quest for a first-class health and safety culture is deeply rooted in our 10 fundamental Safety Principles which guide our behaviors and decision making in the field.

‘‘Safety First” is also a profound personal commitment for me and all Transdev’s team members, which is implemented in our daily actions.

As we look to building a better future, it is obvious that ensuring #healthandsafety of our employees and the communities we serve through #safetyfirst is essential for improving quality of life for all.

Sincerely,

Thierry Mallet
