Rêv’Elles

Projet Rêv'Elles, filles autour d'une table

Education : Rêv'Elles association's project, which restores confidence in girls

Why this project?

The Rêv’Elles association, founded in 2013, tackles gender inequalities and social inequalities in the professional orientation of young girls. It supports teenage girls aged 14 to 20 from modest backgrounds, who often lack confidence and prospects. By creating caring spaces, Rêv’Elles helps these young girls to build an ambitious professional project in line with their aspirations.

How the association works

Rêv’Elles offers comprehensive, long-term support. To date, the association has raised awareness and supported nearly 3,000 young girls. It is present in Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, and offers several programs. They are free of charge and aim to develop the personal and professional potential of these young girls.

This flagship program takes place over several days during the school vacations and includes :

  • Group workshops on self-confidence
  • Individual coaching sessions
  • An in-company day
  • Meetings with inspiring women (“Role Models”)

This intensive course is followed by 5 months of support, including personalized coaching to boost confidence and refine the participants’ career plans.

Thanks to this tailor-made support, the association gives young girls the keys they need to break down social and gender barriers.
