Rêv’Elles

Projet Rêv'Elles, filles autour d'une table

Education : Rêv'Elles association's project

Why this project?

The Rêv’Elles association, founded in 2013, tackles gender and social inequalities in young girls’ career guidance. It supports teenage girls from modest backgrounds, who often lack confidence and prospects. By creating caring spaces, Rêv’Elles helps these young girls build ambitious career plans in line with their aspirations.

How the association works

Rêv’Elles offers comprehensive, long-term support. The association, which operates in Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions, offers several free programs aimed at developing the personal and professional potential of these young girls.

This flagship program takes place over several days during the school vacations and includes :

  • Group workshops on self-confidence
  • Individual coaching sessions
  • An in-company day
  • Meetings with inspiring women (“Role Models”)

This intensive course is followed by 5 months of support, including personalized coaching to boost confidence and refine the participants’ career plans.
