In Nantes, the NAOLIB network offers a support service to complement the existing specialized transport service.

MonCopilote deployed its system with NAOLIB in November 2022. The aim is to enable people with reduced mobility to travel safely on the urban network. This initiative aims to promote the inclusion of people with specific mobility needs.

MonCopilote is a web and telephone platform where people with reduced mobility can post requests for assistance. All journeys are possible from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 10pm. The platform also takes care of recruiting and training volunteer escorts.

In addition to this service, the system also offers network discovery tours for people over 75 or living with a disability. The aim of these tours is to familiarize users with the public transport network, helping them to become more independent and better able to manage their day-to-day journeys.

Thanks to this system, MonCopilote is actively contributing to making public transport travel more accessible and safer for people with reduced mobility. The aim is to promote inclusive and supportive mobility within the city of Nantes.
