CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) IS A GENUINE LEVER FOR PERFORMANCE AND SOCIAL COHESION AND IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF TRANSDEV’S BUSINESS AND STRATEGY.
2016 was a year in which we were able to consolidate our strategy of closer cooperation with the regions by supporting our offices and networks worldwide in promoting, implementing and measuring the impact of their local societal and environmental actions. This is because their CSR performance is first and foremost a performance and commitment tool at the service of our customers and the territories we operate in, a genuine source of sharing and improvement by, and for, everyone.
Customer experience isn’t a department, it’s a philosophy. We’re all concerned! By applying the customer experience tools we’ve developed, we can stand out from the other operators and improve our managerial control.

One of the current main priorities of the Brive (France) urban district is to privilege public-private partnerships, more especially in the transport sector. A zero local emission solution, using electric vehicles for example, is first and foremost a genuine challenge for vehicle and engine manufacturers. Currently, there are no effective industrial scale solutions capable of providing the expected passenger capacity and autonomy. However, we are monitoring the new prototypes very closely and are testing the most interesting ones on our networks.
